For those who carry so much.

Come as you are.

Return to yourself.

You carry a lot.

The needs of the people you love.

The responsibilities you take on.

The emotions you hold.

The things you remember, manage, anticipate, and absorb.

Rooted offers a moment to set it all aside.

A moment to ground, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

When the body and mind
release their grip,
something changes.

Tension softens.
The breath deepens.
The mind quiets.

And space opens up.

Through steady pressure, gentle movement, and attentive touch, Shiatsu invites deep restoration— and with it, a shift in the body and mind.

In that shift, we reconnect with what feels steady, clear, and true.

When the body and nervous system settle, that balance ripples into the days that follow—supporting pain relief, deeper sleep, steadier mood, greater energy, and healthy digestion, circulation, and immune function.

What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork with roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It invites the body and mind to settle, restore, and reconnect.

Meet Sarah

I started Rooted as a way to care for the caretakers.

So many of us spend our days showing up for others—caring, supporting, teaching, guiding, and giving of ourselves. It can be deeply fulfilling, but it also can be depleting, leaving little room to pause and replenish.

Rooted is a space for caretakers to come as they are and return to themselves.
